Jessica joined VMG Construction, Inc. as Controller in 2025 and brings with her more than a decade of experience in construction financials and operational leadership. Her focus as Controller is centered on building strong financial foundations, supporting teams across the organization and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to guide thoughtful decision making and long-term growth. Throughout her career, she has supported both subcontractor and general contractor environments and is known for strengthening internal controls, streamlining workflows, and building scalable systems that support expanding operations. She earned an accounting degree from the University of Central Florida and remains a proud Knights football fan. She also serves as a Board Member for Addison’s Toy Chest, a nonprofit that supports children in local pediatric hospitals. When away from her responsibilities at VMG Construction, Inc. and Addison’s Toy Chest she enjoys creating memories while traveling with her family and friends.
